Abstract:
The article deals with modern problems of the business entity in the conditions of restructuring of socioeconomic policy. The economic imperative as a factor of transformation of the new socio-economic development makes it possible for the business entity to quickly interact with other participants in economic cooperation to solve problems of a socio-economic nature. The functional change of the business entity in the structure of the state socio-economic policy is determined by the development of interrelations of the organizational and economic vector. It shows the strengthening of the socio-economic influence of state structures on the activities of an entrepreneurial entity in the specifics of the domestic socio-economic transformation of society.
