Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to develop theoretical and practical recommendations for improving the efficiency of human resource management in agriculture. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that as part of the work we proposed a system of interaction of the main elements of human resource management in the industry under study. From a practical point of view, the significance of scientific work is to systematize the features of human resource management of agricultural enterprises in the country, as well as to develop a mechanism for the formation and development of agricultural personnel. In the course of scientific work, we used statistical and retrospective methods of information analysis, as well as survey and observation.
