Abstract: The subject of the research is devoted to the methods of business valuation of transport companies. The goal is to study the instruments of transport business analysis and economic strength. The author proceeded from the fact that due diligence is currently the key factor determining the growth potential of the investments of the transport business. In the process of researching the results of due diligence in foreign countries, the authors concluded that it would be advisable to apply the experience of due diligence to increase the investment attractiveness of the Russian transport companies.
