Abstract:
The article discusses the issues of improving the conditions for strengthening the cultural security of modern Russia; mechanisms of public diplomacy in the context of Russian “soft power” are being studied as one of the important areas of research. When studying productive forms of public diplomacy within the framework of the landscape of constructing an actual political discourse, the target guidelines and prerequisites for the effectiveness of project activities in the field of international humanitarian youth cultural enlightenment are described as a platform for broadcasting in international communication channels the semantic foundations and event context of the conceptual sphere that value matrix of the worldview of youth of the phenomena "historical politics", "historical memory", "politics of memory".
