Abstract:
The article examines the transformation of political governance in the context of digital change. Digital technologies have an impact on social processes, thereby creating a digital state and a digital society. The digital factors influencing political governance and the image of a political leader are analyzed. The experience of foreign countries is described. It seems that for the successful development of political governance in the context of digital changes, it is necessary to create new functional online services and platforms to improve communication between government, business and society, and to effectively manage protest practices.
