Abstract: This article examines the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the provision of public services by multifunctional centers (MFCs). The study analyzed the precautions and prevention of the spread of coronavirus infection, introduced in the territories of multifunctional centers. A survey was conducted of citizens receiving services at the MFC in order to find out the level of changes in the service orientation of multifunctional centers since the beginning of the pandemic and the introduction of precautions. The results of the study were data on the high level of work done by the MFC administration in order to maintain service orientation and the level of satisfaction of citizens.
