Abstract: This study is devoted to the study of the essence of the knowledge economy and the innovation economy, the analysis of the factors of positive and negative impact on innovative economic growth. The purpose of the research is to analyze the essence and specific features of the knowledge economy, identify existing factors of innovative economic growth, and study the problems and possible innovative prospects for the development of the Russian Federation.
