Abstract: In recent years, in Russia as a whole, there has been a slight decrease in drug tensions. However, the problem of the use of psychoactive substances continues to be relevant. The article analyzes the drug situation in the Krasnoyarsk Territory in 2020 based on the data of a sociological study conducted in the format of an annual monitoring. The results obtained are compared with 2019 that allows not only assessing the immediacy of the problem, but also its dynamics. The article draws attention to young people, their attitude to this problem and their involvement in drug use. The author proposes some measures that can improve the drug situation in the region.
