Abstract: The article analyzes and evaluates the current level of knowledge about the content and factors of successful professional socialization of EMERCOM employees within the Ministry’s education system. It is widely recognized that the professional socialization of EMERCOM employees, ensuring their readiness to fulfill the tasks of preventing and responding to emergencies, requires the development of a wide range of qualities: social, psychological, motivational, professional, physical, moral. However, at present, there is practically no reliable information about the university-level factors of successful socialization. The situation is aggravated by the lack of an integrated management system purposefully focused on the professional socialization of cadets.
