Abstract: The article considers the transformation of neo-economics in the specifics of the transformational behavior of the subject of corporate relations in the formation of a new economic interaction. The functioning of the effective innovative formation of the geo-economic space determines the participation of all stakeholders in the application of production factors of the post-industrial world. The modern approach of the subject of corporate relations to the problem of the new economy, considers socio-economic rela-tions in the concept of corporate society. The necessity of restructuring the neo-economy for further promotion and cooperation in the field of information, technological, innovative, investment and entrepreneurial potential of other economic entities is shown.
