Abstract:
The article discusses the concepts of efficiency, effectiveness and quality of management. The necessity of a scientific approach to assessing the quality and effectiveness of management is justified. The factors that determine the quality of management, as well as indicators by which it is possible to assess the effectiveness of management, are highlighted. An algorithm for evaluating the effectiveness of manage-ment in an organization is presented.
