Abstract: The article analyzes the financial and economic situation with budgetary provision and debts of the Russian regions in the context of a deficit, the growth of state debts of the regions and the general eco-nomic recession in modern conditions. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the data, conclusions are drawn about the further development of budgetary policy in relation to the regions of the Russian Federation.
