Abstract:
The article is devoted to the consideration of the development of mortgage housing lending in Japan. The structure of the mortgage lending market in Japan and the stages of its development are considered. It is stated that the mortgage market of Japan reflects the traditional features of the Japanese economic model: paternalism, social orientation and, at the same time, the dynamism of development.
