Abstract: This article analyzes the level of development of electronic public administration, which is moving into the electoral sphere. The phenomenon of remote electronic voting is considered as a sequential process caused by the transformation of the paradigm of public administration, where anthropocentrism begins to acquire more pronounced characteristics. Within the framework of the issues under consideration, it would be correct to state that modern methods of voting are not only a mechanism for the legitimate transfer of power from one entity to another, but also a public service to facilitate the expression of the will of citizens.
