Abstract:
The article provides the overview of approaches to members of the local governments staff number, analyzes practitioners in certain regions. As a result, a unified methodology was taken, similar to the structure and composition of local governments, based on a combined approach. The proposed methodology was tested on the territory of the urban district of the resort city of Sochi, Krasnodar Territory. The results of its testing are presented in the article.
