Abstract: The article deals with the issues of state regulation of the formation and development of the infrastructure of an educational organization. It is noted that one of the forms of state regulation and support for infrastructure development is the mechanism of public-private partnership. The authors analyzed the process of formation of the subject field of state policy in the field of education and systematization of legislative acts in the field of infrastructure development of educational organizations.
