State and Municipal Management Scholar Notes, 2022, vol. 3, 92-97

Abstract: The article discusses the issues of the need to update the state policy in the field of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship development, which represents a whole range of legal, economic, political, social, informational, consulting, educational and organizational measures that should be aimed at ensuring high economic indicators. Currently, Russian entrepreneurs need state support in the form of co-financing of interest rates, state guarantees, partial compensation of capital investments, tax deductions, accelerated depreciation. The Government of the Russian Federation has taken a number of economic measures to support small and medium-sized businesses, which are discussed in this article.
