Abstract:
Within the framework of this article, the authors of the work note the fact that the new reality had a strong impact on everyday life, exacerbated the symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, gave rise to social polarization of opinions and great controversy due to different views on the current situation on the spread of infection and vaccination problems. The purpose of this article is to consider the socio-medical and socio-psychological consequences of COVID-19 using the example of two countries: Russia and Germany. The materials analyzed by the authors of the article show that both in Russia and in Germany, people have the same fears and anxieties about Covid-19 infection, leading to increased physical, mental and social health problems.
