Abstract: The authors of the article explore current trends and factors that encourage the employment service to increase the competitiveness of citizens in the labor market through the organization of vocational education (VE) and additional vocational education (AVE). The paper provides recommendations for improving the effectiveness of measures implemented within the framework of Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated March 18, 2022 No. 409 “On the implementation in 2022 of certain measures aimed at reducing tensions in the labor market”, which are considered relevant in times of changes in the technological and production process in the activities of Russian organizations.
