Abstract: The article studies the issues of developing the effectiveness of managing the strategic development of an enterprise based on the systematization and automation of business processes. The stages of implementation of automation processes and their shortcomings are considered. It is assumed that the improvement of the enterprise management system based on building an integrated process management system based on systematization and automation is possible for both industrial and state and municipal government organizations. The article attempts to reveal the advantages and consequences of the introduction of automated management processes.
