Abstract: In the article the reveals the features of the application of the method of integral assessment of the level of development of human resource management processes on the example of engineering enterprises of the Lugansk People's Republic. The indicators that determine the processes of human resource management in the organization are determined. A multivariate comparative analysis tool, the taxonomy method, was used. This method is complex, it makes it possible to observe the dynamics of the development of human resource management processes in an enterprise, predict changes, and also determine reserves for changes in a timely manner, which is relevant and necessary to increase the economic performance of an enterprise.
