Abstract:
The main stages, directions, and programs of reforming the sphere of higher education in Russia and their impact on changing the system of social and labor relations in universities are discussed in this article. The characteristic of the main categories of the institutions of higher education is given: the goals of creation, similarities and differences, the role of implementation programs of academic leadership. The authors have highlighted the features of social and labor relations in the organizations of higher education: in the sphere of attraction, employment, organization, and motivation of scientific and pedagogical workers.
