State and Municipal Management Scholar Notes, 2023, vol. 1, 113-119

Abstract: The article deals with topical issues of citizens' incomes in the context of the economic downturn, the sanctions imposed against Russia and the general level of poverty in the country. The dynamics of per capita incomes of the population for a certain time period are outlined, measures of state support for the economy and citizens are considered, urgent problems and measures to overcome the crisis situation in the economy and public sphere are identified, as well as key elements of solving poverty issues in the country.
