Abstract: The article discusses the basics of crisis management in the organization. Anti-crisis management actions are divided into operational and strategic. Within the framework of the article, the human resources of the organization are considered as an important element of organizational sustainability. Employee motivation is justified as a priority area of anti-crisis human resource management and as a factor in improving organizational sustainability. The motivational system covered in the article includes tangible and intangible components. The role of individual needs in the employee motivation system is considered.
