Abstract:
The author presents a methodological approach to creating tools of formalization, math modeling and analysis of regional economic development implementing methods of artificial intelligence. The author systematizes researches in the sphere of social and economic development of Chelyabinsk region, in which up-to-date information technologies are used. These technologies create background for implementing new ways of database processing on the basis of methods of artificial intelligence. The author points out a number of peculiarities of doing prospective researches in this area. Special attention is given to the possibility and practicality of creating a full-scale imitative math model of the regional state on the basis artificial intelligence methods and systems of managing database. The author suggests algorithm of analyzing factors dynamics for evaluating economic situation in the region and the territories included in it.
