Abstract: The article analyzes the results of realizing regional programs of supporting small and medium-sized entrepreneurship in Chelyabinsk region according to the data of the register of receivers of the state financial supporting small and medium enterprises of the region in the period of 2011-2016. The authors make a conclusion about the necessity to broaden the practice of financial supporting in the form of warrantee of financial loan and bank guarantees, preferential investment credit, and microloans.
