Abstract: The article analyzes the topical problems of modern innovative development, conditioned by conceptual contradictions in the positions of power, business and society in contemporary culture. The author points out some basic mechanisms of modern organization of a society which give birth to these contradictions. The author makes a conclusion about the necessity to broaden the format of cooperation and self-management in which a society becomes a subject of its innovative development. To do it, it is necessary to implement social innovations contributing to distributed network format of self-organizing business management and aiming at realizing innovative development of a humane society.
