Abstract: The problem of realizing economic interests in conditions of transition of modern Russia to a new social and economic way is considered. The digital economy forms new objective contradictions of digitized and unencrypted economic interests, which complicates the mechanisms for realizing the economic interests of agents who are behind «digital platforms». Trends of blurring the regulator’s responsibility boundaries for the realization of economic interests are analyzed in the context of transformation of Russian society.
