Abstract: The authors’ definition of the content and peculiarities of resource potential of regional small and medium-sized entrepreneurship is given. The authors make comparison between the level of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship development and particular index of resource potential in the Ural Federal District; show the dependence between resource endowment of territories and level of resource endowment.
