Abstract:
The article is focused on the analysis of ideological disputes concerning the concept of natural human rights and freedoms. The author criticizes both the practice of abusing fundamental rights and attempts to replace them with archaic forms of the relationship between the individual and the state. The author fixes the logical link between denying the legal state and its replacement by a terrorist dictatorship as exemplified by Nazi Germany.
