Abstract:
The article highlights the problem of the emergence of “hate speech” based on interethnic and interstate conflicts. The factors influencing the emergence of extremism and hate crimes are identified. The measures taken to resolve interethnic conflicts and curb their escalation at the state level, as well as models of social cohesion as a mechanism for regulating social conflicts are analyzed.
