Abstract: The evolution of the conceptual provisions of the policy of countering official crime in the Russian Federation during the post-Soviet period is considered. In this connection the objective factors of determining character are investigated. It is concluded that it is necessary to create mobilization political mechanisms preventing officials from affiliation with commercial structures and limiting political lobbying.
