Abstract: The results of a sociological research of state and municipal officials of Vladimir, Nizhny Novgorod, and Moscow Regions, as well as Donetsk People’s Republic and Lugansk People’s Republic, who have experience in maintaining official accounts, are analyzed. The factors influencing the formation of the image of power in social networks are revealed.
