Abstract:
State control and supervision are playing an important role, both in the activities of the authorities, and in the lives of citizens in the activities of various organizations, for which excessive attention from regulatory bodies becomes an insurmountable administrative barriers. In this connection, streamlining of supervisory relations, including the development of the mechanism of pre-trial appeal as a way of citizens and organizations to protect the rights in the exercise of state control (supervision) is relevant.
