Abstract: The global financial crisis has shown that the creation of mechanisms for early intervention in the activities of troubled banks is a necessary measure in order to maintain the stability of financial systems. Today the regulation of banking activities should be built in such a way as to reduce the likelihood, severity and costs of future crises. An important task is the development of technology forecasting future risks and their correct assessment.
