NUTRITIONAL TIPS FOR MUSCULAR MASS HYPERTROPHY

Abstract: Gaining muscular mass means to stay in an anabolic state, so hypertrophy is an essential mechanism in the development of increased strength because in the most basic equation - larger muscles translate into greater strength. Theory says good training, is simple - learn the basics and practice them consistently. The secret is little knowledge and a lot of discipline.
