Abstract: Uncontrolled growth of the cities generates a loss of the city-planning quality because of the excess of urbanization and colonization of the environment. For many years it is taking place a progressive degradation of the natural environments, whose devastating effects are appearing in an exponential way. In this context, this paper pretends to remark the huge devastation that are suffering the tropical environments allover the world and tries to propose a global solution that concerns national and international institutions.
