Abstract:
This study summarizes the main EU legislative measures to support companies and employees affected by the aftermath of the covid epidemic, as well as to boost the economic recovery within the EU Member States. These initiatives include: regulations to support the health sector; legislative proposals on state aid and other measures to stimulate business and private investment; EIB and ECB regulations to stimulate the financial sector and private investment; supporting employees and most deprived people; public procurement regulations and antitrust rules.
