The circular solution to the functioning of breweries

Abstract: The article aims to identify the key circular solutions used in breweries, the factors influencing the motivation for environmental responsibility and the implementation of circular measures. The research is carried out using the method of a quantitative questionnaire, which was sent to brewery owners. The obtained results contribute to a better understanding of circular solutions used in breweries, their motivation for environmental responsibility and the implementation of circular measures. The conclusions also show that the motivation of breweries for environmental responsibility is excellent, and most breweries implement many activities for environmental protection. Limitations of the research mainly include the limited number of respondents.
