Abstract:
This study treats the evolution of the private property concept in Romania. In this attempt, authors analyze legal texts which regulate the judicial concept of private property (Constitution, Civil Code, special laws). There are presented the contents and limits of private property, the modalities to pass from public to private domain, the constitutional protection, the subjects and object of private property right.
