Financial Issues Facing Entrepreneurs

Abstract: This research highlights the financial issues that Entrepreneurs may facing many difficulties and problems when they start their own business, the most important of these problems is the financial problems they may face in the beginning of the project, when its development and progress, when they think about the closure of the project, or even when a new competitor just show up in the market. But specially, in Jordan the issues are doubled depend on the economic factors and business environment. The serious problem the paper talk about is financial problems that facing entrepreneurs. This paper highlights some of these problems and suggests practical solutions that may help entrepreneurs in avoiding it especially when thinking about the establishment of the project and its founding. This study found that the main door for solving the financial issues is to have a partner or family money for funding. Also, the study suggests the following solutions which could help entrepreneurs in developing their businesses: research on ways to acquire funding; planning ahead; be patient; learn about marketing; and check the financial situation frequently. The study recommended further research by using case-study approach to clarify the financial issues facing entrepreneurs.
