Abstract:
This purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of organizational stress, knowledge management, and organizational change on organizational effectiveness. The study uses questionnaire that was distributed to administrative staff and faculty members. The research findings help managers to identify the need of knowledge management and should also focus on stress management. It also helps managers to understand the change process.
