Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to assess the possibility of a moderating relationship among knowledge management, efficiency, productivity and empowerment of employees of Iran Handicrafts and Tourism Organizations (IHTO). The research question was whether there was a significant relationship between these variables. Each variable, in this study, was studied in different aspects. A questionnaire was distributed among 123 IHTO staff, in order to measure the effects of these variables on each other as well. This was an applied research and the smart Pls- version 2.0 software under-windows was used to analyze data in this respect. Some statistical tests such as KS test (Kolmogorov–Smirnov test), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), Pearson’s correlation coefficient and structural equation were also used to find out if the hypothesis was true or false namely, could be confirmed or rejected. Also, if there was a specific relationship between society variables. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between knowledge management and empowerment of IHTO staff and between knowledge management and productivity of IHTO staff and between productivity and empowerment of IHTO staff as well.
