Investigating the Effective Factors of Grow and Success of Spinoffs: A Literature Review

Abstract: This review study aims to collect information related to the significant factors that influence success of Iran Academic spin-offs. The basic model of research was identified by using library studies and interviews with experts. The result revealed that the significant and direct relationship exists between independent variables (personal, network, performance), and dependent variable (success of spin-offs). These variables can be identified as barriers and failures of Academic spin-offs.
