Using Learn and Network Models to Rendering a Conceptual Model for Evaluating the Export Performance of Companies Listed in Tehran Stock Exchange

Abstract:
In these research we tried to cognition and presentation a model that determine the role of learn orientation and market orientation based on internal empowerment company to create quality commercial relationship that lead to improvement in export performance in companies listed in Tehran stock exchange. With study of search theoretical framework and different index for organizations export performance evaluation, product expansion and market expansion components considered for export performance evaluation. From effective strategies on performance, learning orientation, market orientation and relationship quality have been selected. At least, with the study of theoretical framework research several hypotheses are formulated. Research method is descriptive- Analytical study, the instrument used for data gathering was a questionnaire. The method for data analysis is structural equation technique. Hypothesis test to obtain the final model, showed, the structural relationships in the model is significant. Values of AGFA, PGFA, RMSEA and GFI represent a low error rate in, measurement. With attention to the suitability of these indicators, measurement model is considered acceptable. Hypothesis test results indicate a positive relationship between hypotheses is confirmed. T- Value chart also has confirmed the relationship between these variables.
