Study Trends Managers about the Application of Quality Management Application on the Yarmouk Hospital

Abstract:
Health institutions seeking to achieve the planned objectives is based on accurate scientific by relying on managers, doctors and professional staff in retaining well-trained, to achieve the goals set, acceptable and of providing health services to citizens across different departments and diverse disciplines within the health service. Valtnagm located between the area of technical and administrative area is to provide service to patients, the quality and high quality to get the acceptance and desirability of the customer to do this and to achieve quality and application of quality management according to the quality control system is needed for these institutions to implement a system ISO (ISO), which aims to develop specific measures of trading and commercial services and goods. Therefore been dealt with quality management of some systems in order to shed light on such a subject and link it to all directions of managers, which is input to an administrative approach of some of the organizations which the dimensions of continuous improvement and that, after the cornerstone in the management of the quality of the health service, under which recognizes the service and develop the following scientific approaches based on the foundations of objective for each of the continuous improvement and quality management service.
