Читатель получит как теоретические знания в области управления цепочкой ценности, так и ряд практических рекомендаций в сфере управления организацией и разработки и принятия обоснованных управленческих решений.

The monography is published to introduce to readers the concept of value chain management as instrument of strategic and operations management in business to increase its competitiveness. The reader will receive as theoretical knowledge in the area of value chain management, as a number of practical recommendations in the sphere of management and reasonable managerial decisions.
