Abstract:
Waterloo Quarter Business Alliance (WQBA) is a Business Improvement District (BID) operating in the complicated regeneration landscape of the Waterloo area. With a small budget, diverse membership and intentions to become the fist cross-borough BID in a town centre area, this is a challenging but exciting time for local businesses.
