Abstract:
Halbesleben KL and Tolbert CM (2014) Small, local, and loyal: How firm attributes affect workers’ organizational commitment. Local Economy 29(8): 795–809. DOI: 10.1177/0269094214556980 . On page 801 of this article, the second sentence of the first full paragraph in the left-hand column has an error: Items 2 and 4 were reverse coded so that all positive responses reflected high organizational commitment. This should be items 2 and 3, not items 2 and 4.
