The Importance of Role Efficacy and Self Efficacy in Organizations and its Relationship with HR Practices

Abstract:
Today's competitive environment calls for systematic and rational policies and practices to manage human resources in any organization. The direction of the policies ought to be planned in a scientific manner to execute them effectively and enhance the effectiveness of the organizations. The concept of a systems perspective in an individual and organization is primary to make effective the time, effort and money spent on the resources. This article discusses the importance of a role perspective and how HR practices focused on enhancing its efficacy would facilitate individual self efficacy which leads to organizational productivity.
